I build growth systems for a living.

ARRI STEWART · FOUNDER

I’ve spent my career helping organizations figure out what comes next, then building the teams, processes, positioning, revenue infrastructure, and operating systems required to get there.

I’m at my best when there is something important to build, a complex problem to solve, and a business that has outgrown the way it got here.

That is why I created Phoenix.

Arri Stewart, founder and growth advisor at Phoenix Growth Advisory.

I’ve always been a builder.

My career has moved across science, sales, marketing, revenue strategy, product, account management and executive leadership, but the common thread has always been building.

At Quorum Review IRB, I joined as the company’s first dedicated sales and marketing hire. I helped build the commercial organization from the ground up, personally sold complex enterprise contracts, and helped the business grow from approximately $10 million to $20 million in revenue.

At MCG Health, I spent a decade helping scale a healthcare technology SaaS business from roughly $100 million to nearly $400 million in revenue. Along the way, I built and led marketing and inside sales capabilities, developed growth systems and processes, strengthened positioning and brand, connected marketing more closely to revenue, and helped teams evolve as the business became significantly more complex.

I’ve carried a quota. I’ve built funnels. I’ve led teams. I’ve sat at the executive table. And I’ve had to make growth work in the real world, where the data is imperfect, resources are finite, and every decision competes with ten others.

That experience shapes how Phoenix works.

The art of growth. The science of evidence.

My background started in science, and I still approach growth the same way.

Form a hypothesis. Look at the evidence. Test it. Learn. Adjust.

But growth is never just an analytical problem.

It also requires judgment, creativity, customer understanding, organizational leadership, and the ability to see connections across sales, marketing, product, operations, and the customer experience.

Phoenix brings those disciplines together.

THE PHOENIX PRINCIPLES

Evidence before assumptions.
Experiment before certainty.
Systems before heroics.

AI where it creates meaningful leverage.
Human judgment where it matters.

Why Phoenix exists.

There is a stage in a company’s growth when the old way still works well enough to create momentum, but not well enough to support what comes next.

The founder is still carrying too much of the commercial strategy. Sales and marketing may exist, but they are not yet operating as one system. Decisions are being made quickly, sometimes without enough evidence. New tools and people are being added, but the underlying growth engine has never really been designed.

That stage is where I do my best work.

Phoenix gives companies access to senior growth leadership before they need, or are ready for, another full-time executive.

Sometimes that means diagnosing what is getting in the way.

Sometimes it means building the missing growth infrastructure.

Sometimes it means staying embedded long enough to help the team operate and mature it.

But the goal is always the same:

Build something the organization can ultimately own.

Built for complex growth.

Phoenix is especially well suited to businesses where growth is not simple.

That may mean a technical product, a regulated market, a long or multi-stakeholder sales cycle, an emerging category, a complicated buying process, or a business model that requires more than a standard demand-generation playbook.

My deepest experience is in healthcare and health technology, but the work translates wherever growth depends on complex products, buying decisions, sales cycles or operating environments.

I work best with companies that have proven there is demand and now need to build the strategy, systems, teams, and commercial discipline required to scale.

Complex buyers. Evolving markets. High-stakes decisions. Growth that needs a system behind it.

Build what comes next.

If the business has proven it can work but the path to repeatable growth is still taking shape, that is the conversation Phoenix was built for.
